Crystalized Honey, why it happens and what to do with it
Hey there! Ready for some honey magic? So, you've got this amazing honey that's super thick, right? Well, guess what? It's still...
Place your opened honey jar in a heat resistant bowl. Add heated water,95-110 degrees F but no hotter as this will destroy beneficial enzymes, to the bowl until it fills just above the level of the honey in the jar. Be sure to use a bowl tall enough to hold this much water and careful not to let water get into the honey jar itself. Stir the honey occasionally until you no longer have crystals. Reheating the honey repeatedly decreases its quality.
